After Six Days Of Trial On A First Degree Murder With Firearm Case At The Pomona Courthouse The Judge Granted My Motion For A Mistrial – the Detective told the jury my client asked for a lawyer so I made my motion based upon the Doyle case which says they cannot do that because the jury may infer the guilt of the defendant.
